MANAGER SALES & MARKETING

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years work experience
  • Must be a Bachelor’s / College Degree holder in Human Resource Management or similar fields.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies: Create plans to increase sales and market share
  • Set goals: Set sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Manage teams: Recruit, hire, and train sales staff
  • Analyze data: Analyze data to inform strategies Plan for challenge
  • Leadership: Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to plan and persuade
  • Organization: The ability to execute multiple strategies simultaneously
  • Marketing expertise: A deep understanding of marketing concepts and promotional too
    Sales and marketing managers often travel to meet with clients and customers They may also spend time in the field
