MANAGER FACILITIES (WORKSHOP MANAGER)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• Must be a Bachelor’s / College Degree holder in Human Resource Management or similar fields.

Responsibilities:

• A workshop manager oversees the daily operations of a workshop, including managing staff, equipment, and resources.
• Lead and motivate a team of technicians and support staff
• Provide training and support to staff
• Conduct regular performance reviews
• Address and resolve any personnel issues
• Approve documentation of all maintenance activities
• Create improvement plans for maintenance processes.
• Ensure Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies, procedures and regulations are followed.

Initial requirements:

• Updated CV with picture
• Certificates of Employment

• Vaccine/Booster Card
• Diploma/TESDA Certificate
