BAR ASSISTANT

Qualifications:

  • With at least 3 years proven local & international previous bar experience as a Bar Assistant or a similar role.
  • Must have a good understanding of beverage preparation and service.
  • Must have a TESDA NCII or Trade Test Certificate in Customer Servicing.
  • Must have a strong basic math and cash-handling procedures experience.
  • Must have effective Customer Service Skills with a commitment to high-quality food presentation and flavor, ensuring that every dish meets the restaurant’s standards for excellence.
  • Must have a strong work ethic as reliability, attention to detail & accuracy are essential.
  • Must have the ability to work under pressure and multi-task in a fast paced environment.
  • Must have the ability to work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and stock the bar with necessary items such as glassware, garnishes, and mixers.
  • Ensure ice bins are filled and bar tools are cleaned and readily available.
  • Replenish supplies throughout the shift to maintain efficient service.
