Hotel Receptionist
Qualifications:
- Minimum two to three years in the same position in a four to five star hotel. ·
- Natural / Smiling attitude towards providing excellent quality service. ·
- Previous experience in a hotel or service industry preferred.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Good command of English Language
- Possess a pleasing personality.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast paced, dynamic and challenging work environment.
- Guest relation oriented. ·
- Possess strong multitasking skills. ·
- Positive, Yes I can personality
Responsibilities:
- Maintain up to date knowledge on events and activities in the city.
- Natural attitude towards providing excellent quality service.
- Is available to register, process and greet customers promptly.
- Checks the daily arrival list.
- Welcomes customers to the hotel.
- Responds to customer requests for information about the hotel and its surroundings.
- Arranges for special services
- Stays current with developments in the hotel by reviewing the communication; updates log book and prepares for next shift.
- Provide personalized, courteous service and information to guests.
- Follows-up and verifies arrivals by updating registration cards in regards to spelling of guest’s name, address and method of payment.
- Handles incoming guest room reservations.
- Maximize customer satisfaction and utilization of hotel facilities to guest
- Is aware, at all times, of current room status and room availability.
- Is fully aware of, and knows how to handle, all current and future hotel promotions.
- Adhere to Hotel and corporate guidelines.
- Maintain confidentiality with all guest information
Requirements:
- Updated CV

- COE (Certificate of Employment)
- Graduate of any four (4) year course or College Level
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
