Architect Engineer

Qualifications:

• Male, aged 30 to 45 years old.
• Licensed architect or civil engineer.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in site supervision.
• In-depth knowledge of civil works and architectural finishes.
• Strong skills in plan reading, interpretation, and proficiency in AutoCAD and 3d so ware.
• Ability to drive and willingness to work on multiple site projects.
• Excellent communication on skills, with the ability to coordinate with different departments and teams.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage site activities for various projects to ensure that work is completed in compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and timelines.
• Perform site layout and coordinate the work of multiple skilled workers.
• Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication across teams.
• Review and interpret plans, ensuring proper executor of design specifications.
• Use AutoCAD and 3D software to assist with site planning and design.
• Monitor progress on-site, reporting any discrepancies or delays to project managers.
• Ensure site safety and enforce compliance with safety regulations.
• Travel between multiple site projects as required.
