CHEESE MAKER HELPER

Qualifications:

• High school/ALS certified.
• Minimum of 3 year of current experience from dairy/cheese manufacturing companies
• Can speak basic English

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the maintenance of the equipment and the cleaning of the moulds;
• Assist the cheese maker during transfer and filling;
• Measure the PH and temperature of the preparations;
• Salting, placing in moulds, pressing and closing the moulds;
• Pack, label and palletize cheeses;
• Filling out and signing the various manufacturing forms, cleaning, pasteurization charts, etc.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid passport for more than 3 years
• Employment certificates
• NBI clearance valid for at least 1 year with “no derogatory / no record on file” remarks
• PEOS certificate
