We are seeking an Operations Manager (Preferably with experience in the grain industry). Do you have a knack for streamlining operations and leading teams to success with experience in the grain industry? Join our team in Australia and make an impact.  

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a similar role or previous experience in the grain industry
• High competence in OKR/LEAN manufacturing or similar systems
• High-level skills in the HACCP or similar QA system
• Must have/get Forklift, working at heights, confined spaces licenses
• Must have/train to become an Authorised Officer under Australian Quarantine
• Must have or obtain a fumigation license
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills
• Must possess a Valid Driver’s License
• Must be exempt from the English language test or pass an English test (IELTS or PTE Academic)
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
