Accountant

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years work experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of accounting standards
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Member of recognized accounting body

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Assistant Manager – Business Services & Outsourcing for overseeing the tax and accounting work undertaken by the staff tax and accounting
• Ensure that all tax, accounting, payroll and business services prepared and conducted in accordance with the Firm’s guidelines.
• Ensure tax, accounting, payroll and business services are conducted in compliance with international standards
• Lead the team in performing business services & outsourcing engagements, providing support and supervision to business services & outsourcing staff.
• Ensure that all business services & outsourcing staff receive training on relevant technical and prof
• Schedule a steady flow of work and ensure that it is completed efficiently.
• Prepare reports as required, as required by the Assistant Manager or Associate Director of Business Services & Outsourcing.
• Make recommendations on improvements to the Firm’s operations
