EVENTS MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of successfully managing events from concept to completion.
• Strong marketing skills with experience in promoting events through various channels.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning and execution of various events, including weddings, corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and expectations, providing tailored event solutions.
• Develop comprehensive event proposals, outlining timelines, budgets, and operational logistics.
• Design and implement marketing strategies to promote resort events, maximizing visibility and attendance.
• Utilize social media, email campaigns, and digital marketing platforms to attract potential clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, vendors, and stakeholders to enhance event offerings
• Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and expenses are controlled.
• Lead and supervise the events team, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure high levels of performance and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee all logistical aspects of events, including venue setup, audio-visual requirements, catering, and decor
