Resort Manager

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage budgets and financial performance
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, especially in guest relations. Familiarity with hospitality software and online booking system
• Basic financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and accounting practices.
• Good understanding of marketing, including social media management and online sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the resort.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve guest experience and satisfaction.
• Manage and motivate resort staff, ensuring high levels of customer service.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and standards
• Create and manage budgets, track expenses, and report financial performance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate regularly with owners, investors, and other stakeholders.
