MIG/MAG WELDER

Qualifications:

• At least 1 or 2 years experienced is required
• Responsible for performing high-quality welding operations using MIG (Metal Inert Gas) and GAS (Metal Active Gas) welding processes;
• Must have an experience in fabricating and repairing metal and other weldable materials by applying appropriate welding techniques and processes in compliance with safety standards and project specifications;
• Perform MIG/MAG welding on various metal components including but not limited to steel, stainless steel and aluminium;
• Set up and operate welding equipment, including adjusting gas flow, voltage and amperage to achieve the required weld quality;
• Weld in various positions (e.g., flat, vertical, overhead) and on different thickness of materials as required by project specifications;
• Proficiency in MIG/MAG welding process , including setup , operation and troubleshooting of welding equipment;
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings and welding symbols;
• Ability to weld with ceramic backing plates;
• Familiarity with welding safety standards and practices;
• Ability to work in various positions and environments, including confined spaces and heights;
• Physical fit to lift and manipulate heavy materials and perform repetitive welding task for extended periods.

Salary: PHP 90,000+ / 1,500 Euros
