Maintenance Electrical Engineer

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Engineering w/ 3 yrs. Exp. /or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering w/ 4 yrs. Exp /or Associate Degree in Science Discipline w/ 6 yrs. Exp. /or Technical Diploma / Certificate Course w/ 7 yrs. Exp.
• Good communication skills in English

Responsibilities:

• Designing PLC control programming and installation.
• Designing and Installation of Automatic Control Circuit using CAD software.
• Designing and Installation of Hydraulic and Pneumatic Cont
• Designing and Installation of Motor Control Circuit and Power Control Circuit.
• Commissioning and Testing of Machines and Equipment.
• Developing plans and Leading maintenance process, using prescribed operating guidelines and procedures, to ensure optimum operation and function of facilities, processes, equipment and tooling
• Assessing, developing, and implementing new maintenance process technologies and procedures.
• Assisting in the calibration and preventive maintenance of maintenance pers
• Developing and improving machine and equipment performance to reduce manufacturing costs to achieve plant performance targets / budgets for safety, quality, productivity, and total cost.
• Planning for machine preventive maintenance and intervention and documentation as per ISO requirements.
• Controlling machines spare parts and defining the minimum stock level of materials without affecting immediate need in operation
• Assisting the development of plant changes for modification improvement in the present system.
• Reviewing & preparing drawing and technical specification for such work.
