JOINERY SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in joinery and fabrication.
• Should have previous supervisory or management experience.
• Should have a good technical understanding and relevant practical skills.
• Should have strong leadership skills and be able to direct the work of others
• Able to operate, repair and maintenance of joinery equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervisor of all Joinery Staff.
• General maintenance for all Joinery Equipment.
• Maintain records of all maintenance and repairs of Joinery Equipment.
• Liaise with provider for all other maintenance requirements.
• Train Counterpart in all areas of Supervisor duties.
• Training in maintaining maintenance records.
• Training in correct use and maintenance of all Joinery Equipment.
• Set up and control the purchase of spare parts and consumables and maintain stock levels required to limit down times for breakdowns and lack of consumables.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary: 100,000 VT/Month (PHP 48,000)
• No placement fee
• No processing fee
