Art Director

Qualifications:

• Strong design skills with experience in visual, layout, and graphic design.
• Ability to manage multiple design projects and timelines under pressure
• Experience leading and coordinating creative teams.
• High attention to detail, ensuring that all visual elements meet quality standards.
• Strong communication skills to work with clients, vendors, and event

Responsibilities:

• Work with clients and event planners to understand the event’s vision and goals.
• Develop creative concepts and themes that reflect the event’s purpose and audience.
• Lead the design and creation of visual elements such as stage setups, backdrops, signage, lighting and event branding.
• Ensure all designs align with the event’s theme, client preferences, and brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with designers, set builders, graphic artists, and other creative professionals to execute the vision.
• Supervise the creation and installation of visual elements at the event.
• Work closely with event producers, technical teams, and vendors to ensure all visual aspects are seamlessly integrated into the event. Communicate effectively to ensure designs are implemented as planned.
• Oversee the setup and execution of designs at the event site, ensuring everything is installed correctly and on time.
• Make any on-the-spot adjustments to designs or elements if necessary.
• Review and assess the success of visual designs after the event.
• Gather feedback from clients and team members to improve future designs.
