Amal Farms seeks an experienced Farm Supervisor to lead operations in our Broiler Farms. This role is essential for managing farm teams, overseeing production, and maintaining biosecurity standards.

Farm Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Agriculture or related field
• Leadership skills & strong communication
• Proven experience in farm or livestock management, with a focus on team leadership
• Exceptional communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and ensure seamless operations
• Proficiency with SAP or similar management software is an asset
• Must have valid Passport

Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of 10+ to ensure smooth daily farm operations
• Manage feed, water, and ventilation systems for optimal bird welfare
• Oversee farm safety, maintenance, and biosecurity standards
• Track production metrics using SAP and generate monthly reports
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet performance and quality goals
