LABORATORY ENGINEER

Qualifications:

• Good knowledge of metal materials physical and chemical testing,
• Good command of metal materials physical testing operation.
• Familiar with documents of laboratory management system
• With knowledge of Mechanical and Chemical testing in pipe manufacturing
• Well familiar with API, ASTM, ISO specification related to testing and calibration (e.g. API 5L, ASTM 370, ISO 17025, etc.)
• Knowledge in Arabic and Chinese is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Involved in establishment of Laboratory’s management regulations
• Involved in making operation procedure of physical and chemical testing, and operation rules of physical and chemical testing devices.
• Responsible of raw material testing, chemical analysis and mechanical performance testing of products, and offering operational guidance to testing personnel and completing reports
• Responsible for the operation of measurement management system (Calibration etc.)
• Complying with regulation of HSE and other policies
• Completing other temporary tasks required by supervisors and the management.
