QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Qualifications:

• Male applicants
• Minimum of 5 years work experience

Responsibilities:

• Estimating quantities, costs and time scales for material and labor.
• Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
• Preparing tender and contract documents.
• Identifying and weighing up commercial risks.
• Checking of delivery notes and invoices.
• Procurement of online materials.
• Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
• Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.
• Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
• Knowledge in using AutoCAD and other construction related software.
• Deep knowledge with Microsoft Excel and other estimation software.
• Wide knowledge on construction materials.
