CHEF DE PARTIE (Asian Cuisine)

Qualifications:

• Male applicants
• Minimum of 10 years work experience
• Experience in Asian food especially JAPANESE CUISINE.
• Fluent in English Language.

Responsibilities:

• Execute recipes , cook dishes, and ensure consistent taste and presentation
• maintain strict hygiene and quality standards for all food.
• Trains and supervise demi chefs and commis chefs
• Assist with menu development and special dishes.
• Manages ingredients and kitchen equipment
• Expertise in various Asian cooking techniques.
• Experience in hotels/restaurants often with a culinary degree
• Strong leadership, teamwork , and communication skills.
• Adaptability and precision in fast-paced environments
