Production Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing or Food Technology
- Experience in food processing (preferably in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East)
- Familiarity with HACCP, TQM, and ISO standards
- Valid passport required
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and oversee production operations in both primary and secondary areas
- Manage team of 250 staff, including 6 supervisors, to ensure smooth production flow
- Improve production capacity, quality and minimize wastage
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and international standards (HACCO & ISO)
- Work closely with the QC, Maintenance, and Sales teams to meet production goals
- Prepare annual business plans, manage inventory, and ensure manpower utilization
