Restaurant / Retail Manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years work experience
• Must have Valid Passport, NBI (No Derogatory or No Record on File), Drivers License (Car Restriction)
• Has leadership/management experience managing at least 10 team members
• Has experience with Food Handling, Food safety and Hygiene Practices
• Has Experience as a Retail Manager or Customer Service environment (any Industry)
• Has experience in managing labor costs including rostering to set budgets, Operational managerial for revenue growth
• Must know the key business drivers such as; Sale, Service, Profit, KPI, Inventory Ordering, Training/ Coaching, Accountable to Performance, Systems, Policy Compliance, Etc.
• Must have Microsoft Office Skills
• Excellent in English Communication
