General Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role in the manufacturing sector.
• Strong understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc.
• Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
• Experience in planning and budgeting.
• Knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
• Familiarity with MS Office and various business software (e.g. ERP, CRM).
• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
• Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational goals.
• Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.)
• Lead production activities to meet business objectives, optimizing workflow and production processes.
• Ensure safety regulations are meticulously followed to safeguard employee health and safety.
• Manage budgets and forecasts, including focusing on cost reductions and operational improvements.
• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Build relationships with key industry players, vendors, and customers to develop new business opportunities.
• Train, motivate, and evaluate employee performance; address and resolve issues within the workforce.
