SHIFT SUPERVISOR
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years work experience
- Experience in coffee shops is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for scheduling, timekeeping, mid and end of season appraisals, and daily supervision of front of house staff
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
- Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
Requirements:
- Valid passport ( 2 years validity)
- Updated resume
- Certificate of Employment
- PEOS and EREG
