Qualifications:
- Appearance: Presentable and well-groomed.
- Posture: Maintains good standing posture.
- Customer service: Excellent customer service skills and approachable demeanor.
- Language proficiency: Fluent in English, with Chinese language skills being an advantage.
- Availability: Able to work 24/7, including weekends and public holidays
Responsibilities:
- Welcome & farewell guests upon arrival and departure, to build up and maintain good customer relations with guests
- Perform doorman duties at VIP entrances and greet guests with exceptional smile
- Station at guests’ entrance and specific VIP areas to assist and escort guests
- Participate in VIP events to ensure great guest experience
- Be knowledgeable of hotel information to effectively and confidently answer guest inquiries
