Qualifications:
- Male/Female
- Not more than 40 years old
- With Diploma or NC II related in Culinary/ Cookery
- With at least 1 year relevant professional experience
- With experience in operating kitchen equipment
- Able to prepare food according to the restaurant quality
- Able to assess the daily raw material needs, check whether the raw, semi-finished and finished products meet the standard
- Have to manage the kitchen independently
- Good English communication
