Machine/Production Operator

Qualifications:

• Male applicants
• Minimum of 3 years work experience
• Must Have experience in Food Factories or Frozen Factories

Responsibilities:

• Ensure Production as per product card, line set-up and monitor packaging ice cream.
• Equipment operation and monitoring as per SOP’s
• Should be able to identify & solve issues related to filling machines / freezers / packaging machines.
• Daily Shift logbook data-entry with required parameters
• Master Sanitation duties including cleaning, CIP / COP and sanitizing procedures
• Ensure all machine changeovers are being done as per SOP & standard timelines.
• Carry out production, inspection, packaging and machine operation duties
• Set up machinery and ensure all materials are readily available for continuous production
• Effectively monitor production equipment for any issues
• Perform appropriate duties as assigned by supervisor
• Maintain a safe and clean workspace
• Follow established safety rules and regulations
• Perform CLTI of machine as per Daily/weekly/quarterly frequency
