SERVICE PLANNING AND OPERATION LEAD

Qualifications:

• Male Applicants
• At least three years of this experience at Airports

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of aviation and ICAO’s standards and requirements
• Understanding of service planning principles, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and service delivery models
• Knowledge of facilities management practices, including maintenance, operations, and service delivery specific to airport environments
• Familiarity with airport operations, including airside and landside facilities, terminal management, and security protocols
• Awareness of aviation regulations and standards that impact service planning and operations within airport facilities
• Expertise in developing and implementing service plans and strategies to meet operational goals and enhance service delivery
• Skills in managing day-to-day operations of facilities services, including coordination of maintenance, cleaning, and technical services
• Proficiency in planning and allocating resources effectively to ensure service delivery and operational efficiency
• Ability to establish and track performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate service quality, operational performance, and compliance with service level agreements
