Production Operator / Machine Operator

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
• Previous experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the medical device or disposable sanitary products (diapers, bedpads/underpads, sanitary napkins) industry.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, manuals, and blueprints.

Responsibilities:

• Operate diaper production machines and ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.
• Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or performance issues.
• Perform routine checks and adjustments to ensure proper machine function and product quality.
• Oversee the diaper manufacturing process, ensuring it meets production targets, quality standards, and deadlines.
• Ensure the production area is clean, organized, and follows safety and hygiene protocols.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company quality standards
