GENERAL MAINTENANCE (FIRE ALARM LABOUR)

Qualifications:

• Male applicants
• Minimum of 2 years work experience

Responsibilities:

• Determine priority in scheduling work, necessary building repairs, maintenance and installation of equipment
• Ensure orders are received and that parts, equipment and stock meet operational equipment’s prior to installation
• Performs minor repairs/construction on assigned equipment
• Monitors mechanical and HVAC systems along with operations
• Test and repair fire alarm circuits and sensors, following wiring and system specifications
• Test electrical circuits or components for proper functioning repair electrical circuits or wiring
