Qualifications:

• Completed apprenticeship or formal training as a baker or pastry chef
• Passion for artisanal baking
• Strong organizational skills and quality focus
• Reliability and ability to work in a structured manner
• Flexibility and strong teamwork skills
• Minimum A2 German language proficiency

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and cakes
• Maintaining high quality standards and consistency
• Adhering to HACCP guidelines
• Demonstrating creativity in developing new recipes
• Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Prepare doughs and batters
• Operate and maintain baking equipment
• Produce a wide range of baked goods
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bakery
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
