Warehouse Storekeeper
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferably with additional training or certification in inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well with others and coordinate with different departments.
Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments, check for accuracy, and inspect for damages.
- Verify quantity and quality of items received against purchase orders.
- Document and report any discrepancies or damages.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile them with system records.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate reorders to prevent stockouts.
- Ensure proper storage of goods in designated areas.
- Ensure accurate and timely dispatch of orders.
- Maintain detailed records of all warehouse transactions.
- Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, receiving and shipping activities, and other key metrics.
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and other software to manage inventory and generate reports
