Qualifications:
- Must have international cuisine experience and/or fast-food chain experience.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Chef, with a proven track record of success in a professional kitchen environment.
- Demonstrated experience in creating and executing international cuisine dishes.
- Prior experience working in a fast-food chain environment is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and test new menu items, incorporating international flavors and trends.
- Ensure all menu items meet company standards for quality, taste, and presentation.
- Adapt international recipes for fast-food production, streamlining processes without compromising flavor.
- Oversee kitchen operations to maintain efficiency and meet production goals.
- Train and mentor cooks on proper cooking techniques and food safety procedures.
- Manage food costs and inventory, minimizing waste.
- Implement and maintain high standards for hygiene and sanitation in the kitchen.
