Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
- Key skills include organization, multitasking, strong communication, computer literacy (MS Office), and confidentiality, often supporting managers or executives.
- Schedules meetings, conferences, and travel. Greets clients and customers.
- Orders new office supplies.
- Ensuring executives and staff can focus on core tasks through efficient organization and handling confidential information with discretion.
