Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years work experience
  • Must have a valid Philippine Regulatory Commission ID

Job Description:

  • Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates patients utilizing the Nursing Process upon admission, each shift, and with changes in patient condition.
  • Administers all medications, narcotics and controlled drugs and infusions only with a physician’s order.
  • Promotes a safe environment and safe patient care by embracing a safety culture identifying areas of risk.
  • Complies with policies for personal and patient safety and for prevention of healthcare associated infections.
  • Demonstrates transcultural principles in nursing practice. Acts as an advocate for patients and families.
