STORE SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Male Applicants
• Minimum of 5 years work experience
• Prior experience in a retail or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing the work of retail staff in a store environment. This includes monitoring employee activity, coordinating shipments and receiving the merchandise into the store alongside helping customers resolve issues as they arise
• Manage and motivate store employees to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and ensure accurate stock management.
• Implement store policies and procedures, including opening and closing routines.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
• Ensure the store’s appearance is well-maintained and products are displayed attractively.
• Accomplishes construction human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, and training employees. Assesses safety and finance goals.
• Manages sub-contractors by locating, evaluating, and selecting contractors.
• Meets operational standards by contributing construction information to strategic plans and reviews.
• Meets construction budget by monitoring project expenditures.
• Accomplishes construction project results by defining project purpose and scope.
