Hydraulic Mechanic

Qualifications:

• Strict requirements:25 years old and above
• Must be fit to work
• 5+ years of verifiable, consistent & proven work experience
• With overseas experience is a plus
• At least one (1) year of vocational or college education is preferred to exempt candidates from English language proficiency tests (IELTS, TOEFL or PTE). However, candidates who have not completed this level of education will be required to take one of these
• English language tests.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnosis and Troubleshooting: Identifying and diagnosing faults in hydraulic systems using diagnostic tools and techniques.
• Repair and Maintenance: Repairing and maintaining hydraulic components such as pumps, valves, cylinders, and hoses.
• Overhaul: Overhauling complete hydraulic systems, including disassembling, cleaning, inspecting, and reassembling components.
• Fluid Replacement: Replacing hydraulic fluid and filters to ensure optimal system performance.
• Pressure Testing: Conducting pressure tests to verify system integrity and performance.
• Electrical Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and repairing electrical components related to hydraulic systems, such as solenoids and control modules.
• Safety Compliance: Adhering to safety regulations and procedures, including the proper handling of hazardous materials.
• Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
