Job Vacancy: CARPENTER / Locksmith

CAFM / Helpdesk Operator

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years work experience
• Able to attend on face to face employers interview in the office
• Can provide employment certificates

Responsibilities:

• To take responsibility for planned maintenance, of all woodwork items throughout the establishment for all areas including locks, doors and windows (excluding electronic locking systems)
• To effectively undertake planned maintenance of locks in accordance with locking policy
• To take responsibility for the Installation of structures and fixtures.
• To ensure allocated, planned maintenance and small repairs are carried out.
• To carry out locking duties as required. To take accountability for ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation

Requirements:

• Updated CV
• Passport copy
• College Diploma
• Certificate of employment and trainings
