CONTRACT MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or quantity surveying.
• Professional Certification from internationally recognized bodies such as RICS or CIArb.
• A Master/post-graduation degree in a related field is preferred and will be an added advantage.
• With a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role Managing Contracts for multi-disciplinary program.
• Excellent Knowledge and experience of Contract Administration tools and techniques.
• Thorough knowledge of industry/international standards, and ability to interpret for specific application within sphere of relevant disciplines.
• Reasonable awareness about Saudi and International Codes, relevant legislation, and statutory compliance

Responsibilities:

• Review the initial scope statement and develop project procurement strategies, taking into account appropriate selection of contract type, compensation model and risk allocation.
• Contribute to the project budget phasing in accordance with provided cost estimates and in alignment with program / project master schedules.
• Manage the preparation of the tender documents and ensure full alignment with Company procedures and guidelines.
• Liaise with other internal stakeholders to facilitate the procurement process communications.
• Respond to contractual tender queries as appropriate.
• Assist in the evaluation of tenders returns ensuring at all times that appropriate risk mitigation is undertaken.
• Assist in the Contract award process and facilitates the compilation of final Contract Documents for execution by the parties.
