TECHNICAL OFFICER – ELECTRICAL

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years work experience
• With relevant experience in facilities maintenance
• Able to attend face to face interview in the office.

Responsibilities:

• Undertake inspection in order to scope works, develop schemes, concept and designs for electrical, telecommunication, fire protection and equipment works carried out internally.
• Actively manage site works progress and provide updates and/or reports .
• Ensure works are completed within the agreed timeline and budget.
• Manage Post contract and ensure rectification of all defect works
• Assist the team with other technical works, supervision and monitoring when required.
• Provide value engineering input during team review of Capital works
