Inventory Admin Officer

Qualifications:

• Experience in forecasting, merchandise planning, allocation, replenishment, and financial planning processes and systems
• Must have experience in Fashion, Apparel, Garments and Textile industry

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute merchandise strategies to maximize sales and profitability at department, division, and item levels
• Accurately forecast market trends and define sales plans, stock levels, and product performance monitoring
• Create and manage Excel reporting structures, including ‘open to buy’ and WSSI (Weekly Sales, Stock, and Intake) reports
• Monitor and recommend pricing strategies to optimize profits, manage product ranges, and plan promotions and markdowns effectively
• Forecast stock positions to ensure adequate inventory for bestsellers and recommend actions on markdowns and liquidation to achieve inventory targets
• Collaborate with Buying, Retail, and Sales & Marketing teams to drive pricing strategies and seasonal markdown planning
• Re-plan the business in-season based on the latest performance data and present recommendations to management
• Monitor inventory mix in each location and recommend seasonal stock transfers when necessary to boost sales
• Ensure orders are placed in accordance with Open To Buy targets by month on the Buy Plan and follow up on supplier rolling summaries.
