STAFF NURSE

Qualifications:

Job Description:

  • Assist the attending physician during their visit to patient and confer with physician to devise intervention and treatment approaches
  • Monitor patients, identify life-threatening situations and respond based on nursing standards and hospital protocol treatment
  • Maintains accountability in administering medications
  • Review patient charts and make proper written endorsement so that proper follow up on conditions and needs will be carried out by the incoming shift.
  • Collaborate with the health care team members to assess, diagnose, implement and evaluate patients care plan
  • Give health teachings in the promotion, prevention and rehabilitation of such diseases
