EOL Process Engineer

Qualifications:

• Degree in related discipline with minimum 3 years relevant working experience Sr Engineer and Fresh Graduate for Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing existing yield data to see if more research and information need to be collected.
• Initiate yield improvement activity to achieve target goal.
• Monitoring machine/material/method modifications and upgrades, and troubleshooting existing processes;
• Preparing reports, flow diagrams and charts
• Managing the cost and continue work on cost reduction program.
• Selecting, managing and working with sub-contractors or vendor on process related issue.
• Supporting the conversion from qualification lot into commercially viable mass production;
• Working closely with ME to monitor and improve the yield and machine performance.
• Ensuring the process works at the optimum level and good quality, in order to meet customer needs;
• Ensuring that all aspects of the process meet specified regulations or procedure.
• Maintain and update specification to ensure compliance of operations.
• Perform routine product sustaining functions and resolve daily engineering issues and lot disposition.
• Source, evaluate, characterize, procure and implement machine/material changes for quality, yield and cost improvement.
• Spearhead and maintain SPC programs for area of responsibilities.
• Review Build of Material (BOM), Engineering Request Change (ERC) & Material Review Board (MRB) and recommend implementation.
• Liaise with customer on matters related to yield, quality, etc.
• Any other duties assigned from time to time.
