QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Qualifications:
- Male applicants
- Minimum of 3 years work experience
- Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, engineering, management, or similar (with or without PRC license).
- Structural/Civil/MEP/Electrical Engineering Graduate + 3-5 Years Min Experience (with
Certificate) or more Experience in Construction/ Specially in Landscaping Projects as a Quantity Surveyor - Excellent both Communication Skills and Technical Writing Report Capability in
MS Word, Excel, Power point, Adobe Acrobat etc.
Responsibilities:
- Construction estimating or finance experienced is advantageous
- Analysing technical drawings and providing material and cost estimates.
