I have a strong background doing customer service, sales,technical and warehouse job. And currently I am a web hosting advisor for Bluehost under Concentrix. I do update records for customer and configure DNS, database, deal with WordPress errors, Weebly, Site Builders and we also troubleshoot email server settings/email clients.Then after doing the troubleshooting,we also upsell other product or service to customer for them to have better service. I’ve done tech support as well for the Internet/modem, cable box, and VOIP/SIP phone system. I can say I’m expert in sales as well because I used to be part of sales/retention accounts which saved the accounts from cancelation and upsell Telco products to reach sales quota. I’ve done different types of jobs like stock clerk in a warehouse of SM, and I’m also open to different careers that your company offers.
