 Shop management Motorcycle mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair (includes modification). Troubleshooting and repair of water pump, grass cutter, generator, power saw and others.

 Lead as sub-contractor in 120MW solar farm project. Create, implement, monitor detailed projects to ensure standards and deadlines are met. Managed, supervised, assign duties and coordinate work assignment for different projects. Identify requirements and manage budgets for resource allocation. Provide technical and non-technical reports and documentation.

 Supervise technicians/mechanics in performing maintenance and repair of heavy equipment. Assist other department for technical and non-technical assistance. Do machine commissioning and meeting/reports Provide technical and non-technical reports and documentation.

 Perform Dealer Field Visit for product quality assurance. Responsible for dealer’s technical assistance for troubleshooting and repair of hard issues (Mechanical and electrical issues). Attends customer meetings for customer satisfactions. Handle technicians and service advisors for better service process flow. Perform dealer’s service process auditing, conducts meeting with service manager, sales manager and general manager for better process flow. Perform evaluation for new parts to be installed to the units. Perform evaluation of new unit to be released to the market and file reports and recommendation. Provide technical reports needed by the company, parts manufacturer, and main branch (Japan). Monitor the preventive and corrective maintenance of all service vehicle of the company. Perform other tasks given by superiors.
