Effectively facilitate program-specific training and orientations in order to successfully transfer knowledge, skills, and behaviors to incoming trainees and employees.rnTakes ownership of training/projects assigned, including coordination of supplies, equipment, and training materials. Provides emergency and palliative care and treatment to employees within the legal scoop of nursing responsibility such as first aid treatment to injured employees, checking vital signs, health history interview, dispensing medicine,rnPrepare requirements needed for hospitalized employees.rnAssist and transfers and accompanies employees to hospital when necessary, follow up medications and records all the treatments done to the patient.rnAssess and determine the health status of the employees which includes recommendations like sent home, fit or unfit to work.rnAssist the Company physician on regular clinic schedule.rnSecure and ensure that the sick employees submit "fit to work" certificaternInterpret and evaluate diagnostic test based on the verification of medical certificatesrnPrepare patients records for proper documentation and endorsement.rnPrepare summary of employees Sick Leaves/Vacation Leaves/Emergency Leaves/Paternity Leaves every cut-off of the month for pay roll computation.rnPrepare and submit requirements for SSS benefits.rnAssist annual medical examination of all employeesrnVisitation at home as neededrnConduct inventory of medicines and other supplies twice a monthrnCoordinates any work related injuries/illness to safety officer for immediate investigation and corrective measuresrnMaintain and keep confidentiality on employee personnel files and other related records. rnResponsible in cleanliness and orderliness of the canteen and its surroundings.rnPerform other duties and responsibilities that maybe assign from time to time
