I have more than a decade (since 2008) of working experience which majority was dedicated to customer service in BPO industry particularly in Training Department as a Trainer. last 2016, I also became a Training Supervisor in a Financing company in the Philippines. Then, moved as a Quality Supervisor with 60 Quality Analysts supporting Operations leg, making sure that we are delivering an excellent customer experience. My latest experience, in the same company, is working as a Customer Experience Leader (Custex) in our Collections Department making sure that we are balancing the customer experience and collection practices at all times.
