  • Weekly and Monthly Sales Reports 

  • Forecast Accuracy 

  • Weekly Input of  Labor Scheduling Tool 

  • Monitoring of Food Markout 

  • Supplies Ordering 

  • Handle Customer Complain 

  • Supervise the Shift 

  • Cash Controller 

  • Development of Partner to sit downs and documentations
