Ø Schedule, assign, supervise and assist in all Housekeeping operations on the floor and any other under the Housekeeping Department.
Ø Allocate daily works and any special assignments to the staff.
Ø Conduct daily briefing to all staff on the shift.
Ø Check the cleanliness and maintenance of the followings:
o Vacant rooms according to Room Status Reports and to check and reports any discrepancies.
o Occupied and check out room are cleaned in time and to the standards required.
o All sundry areas and Housekeeping equipment such as pantries, corridors, exit doors, vacuum cleaners, trolley and etc.
Ø Check and follow up on out-of-order rooms to be released soonest possible.
Ø Reports all maintenance defects and ensure that they are remedied promptly.
Ø Report to the Assistant Executive Housekeeper regarding.
o Damages by guest promptly.
o Missing items.
o Sleep/ skip out and light or no baggage rooms to be verified with Front Office.
Ø Supervise and train staff in their works.
Ø Organize special and irregular cleaning tasks planned by Assistant Executive Housekeeper.
Ø Requisite for replenishment of floors supplies and to control usage.
Ø Assist the supervisor and room stewardess when necessary.
Ø Deliver and collect loan items according to the department’ operating procedure.
Ø Handle Lost and Found items according to operating procedure.
Ø Conduct the monthly stock counts of inventories with the Finance Staff.
Ø Ensure smooth operation by preparing:
o Inventories when required.
o Room’s status report for the shift, such as 2pm to 9:30pm.
o Message in message book for the shift.
Ø Check maids par stocks of linen and supplies.
Ø Ensure That:
o All rooms and sundry areas are locked before the end of the shift.
o All fire exits stair are free from obstacles.
o All works for the shift are completed.
o All equipment and supplies are stored and locked up securely and are tidied up for the next shift.
o Staffs are neat and well groomed.
Ø Ensure that the staffs comply with the rules, regulations and policies established by the hotel.
Ø Arrange flower arrangement for VIP guest rooms, banquet functions and table vases flower for food and beverage outlets and Executive Lounge.
Ø Perform the other duties as directed.
Ø By fully familiar with the emergency procedures of the Hotel.

Ø Ensure the smooth operation and efficiency of the assigned areas.
Ø Study and evaluate the operation/procedures to the housekeeping executive.
Ø Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all housekeeping equipment.
Ø Assign rooms to the housekeeping attendant for cleaning.
Ø Check vacant rooms to be released for sale.
Ø Inspect all corridors, back areas, staircases, stores, pantries, and garbage areas.
Ø Note down repairs, linen supplies and put of order rooms.
Ø Maintain and update the spring cleanliness and crash programs done by the room attendant to all floors assigned.
Ø Ensure that the housekeeping attendant exercise proper discipline and courtesy in attending to the guest need/request.
Ø Prepare and forward rooms inspection reports to the housekeeping office.
Ø Check the proper turn down services in the evening.
Ø Send all lost and found items to the housekeeping department immediately.
Ø Handles phone calls and making reports, correspondence letters & other secretarial works.
Ø Handles all guest requests.
Ø Update room status through the computer.
Ø Keeps an up to date record of Lost & Found items.
Ø Responsible for the safekeeping, recording, collecting all keys in the housekeeping office.
Ø Responsible for sorting/filling all daily activity reports in housekeeping office.

Ø Cleans the bedroom and bathroom properly.
Ø Changing bed linen and making beds.
Ø Vacuuming carpets/ sweeping & mopping floors
Ø Dusting and polishing furniture.
Ø Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests.
Ø Handles all guest requests.
Ø Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.
Ø Replenish amenities according to the operational standards.
Ø Responsible for following the standard operating procedures.
Ø Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
