As an HRM student we tackled different services in Hospitality and Restaurant fields. Including multiple on the job training to develop our skills and knowledge. We had multiple trainings to learn from the expert.

Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf Inc. Walkthrough Shift Supervisor

It was my first job in which I started from Barista to Senior Barista and been promoted in 9 months as a Walkthrough Shift Supervisor. My job description is to deliver quality over quantity coffee and food. To maintain that the Baristas are doing their job based on SOP and promoting positive work nature while maintaining the store environment internal/external in good running condition. Also, striving a monthly goal to passed the monthly audit without being highlighted and have the unity to work as a team since the CBTL has a 100 list of high and low rank. In which we never experienced to be in bottom 10. Also, during my stay in CBTL I won 2 awards in 1 year which is being the second placer in 2015 Barista Competition and 2015 Above and Beyond. 

S&R New York Style Pizza Assistant Supervisor

I landed to my second job as a Assistant Supervisor in growing company which is the S&R New York Style pizza. The job that I had their is wider and caters more responsibility, in which I'm in charged to Cashier performances, scheduling and maintaining their work progress at top all time. I'm also in charged of ordering dry ingredients. Part of my task is to carefully observed that all 32 people are being productive while maintaining SOP all the time to avoid negative variances during monthly inventory.

Katha Kape Inc. Branch Supervisor

The position that I have in Katha Kape is more than what it identify. I been working with the owner and shareholder from day 1. Discovering, innovating new coffee taste that will compete to other well known coffee shop. From discovering to finding and researching the store needed [Coffee machine, coffee beans and etcetera] after 1 year, the Katha Kape finally opened in Terminal 3 in which we hired team members, training them and teaching all the information, skills and knowledge that my partner and I had. Teaching them latte art and coffee method. What I have in Katha Kape is a wider responsibilities, including store papers and Team member papers, inventory, training, promoting and maintaining the overall store before reporting to the owner, shareholder and general manager.
