I am a licensed elementary teacher for 10 years. I was able to teach various subjects in my previous work that includes Science, Mathematics, Computer and Language and Spelling. I have experience being a Class Adviser / Homeroom Adviser for eight years with a class size of 30 – 35 students which molded me to become an expert at managing students, skilled in the use of different educational platforms such as Schoology and Edmodo to practice differentiated instruction and applied other
teaching methods to enrich the learning of my students.
I was also entrusted with various tasks which enabled me to work closely with my colleagues and gained insights from their own experiences. I collaborated with them in curriculum planning and data analysis. I was assigned to coach probationary teachers or/and new teachers on content internalization, classroom management and academic rigor. I gained their trust and it taught me how to build strong relationships with them.
